Welcome to Goolarri Online Training

About our course

At Goolarri we provide the opportunity for our students to gain media skills and accredited qualifications. This reflects our strong commitment to Indigenous development and to fostering new leaders in the area of communications, media and arts.

We are proud to partner with Swinburne University of Technology (SUT), as part of the Indigenous Futures Collaboration Project (IFC)* in Melbourne, Victoria to deliver the following creative industries online courses.

The online courses introduce learners to new software, programs and technologies in media, communication, design and interactive digital media.  The project supports Indigenous people to further their education by offering flexible online learning and clear pathways to higher education, including vocational education. Our aim is to produce an Indigenous creative workforce that can work across a range of industries, from heritage and tourism to manufacturing and service industries.

Successful completion will lead to an Australian Quality Framework nationally recognised qualification on a pathway to further Vocational Training or Higher Education.
